Responsibilities
- Prioritize and implement buyer, seller, and staff workflows.
- Design access controls, data models, integrations, and operational safeguards.
- Maintain testing, deployment, monitoring, and recovery practices.
- Translate user feedback and scientific requirements into clear product behavior.
Experience and skills
- Hands-on full-stack product delivery
- Secure integrations and transactional-system design
- Technical leadership and practical product judgment
Equivalent practical experience is welcome.
First 90 days
- A tested end-to-end workflow for a defined trading use case.
- Monitoring and documented recovery for critical order and payment failures.
Working at Karpolax
We develop produce-preservation sachets and operate KarpoLink, a platform for fresh produce trade, quality analysis, and batch traceability.
Our operations are based in Uganda. Work location, contract type, pay, and travel requirements will be discussed before an offer.
